Since it's a presentation thing, I'd guess only the client needs mods. Since there's already a special tournament client for the broadcast feed, the only question would be if there's enough dev time available to add that feature.

Fixing the tracking Titans get new "role bonus" of minus 100% effectiveness to Tracking Speed Bonus from modules. Optimal Range and Fall-off bonuses apply as usual.
EWar immunity extended to the Tracking Speed Bonus of Tracking Links.
